Decoupaged eggs..

Moje pudelko z rzeczami do decoupage'u okryl juz kurz.. wiec gdy kupilam kilka styropianowych jajek, od razu wiedzialam jak je ozdobie.. 
Fajna zabawa, ale jednak duzo bardziej ciagnie mnie do farb i pedzli.. ;) 
Pomecze Was jeszcze kolejnymi zdjeciami tulipanow :) Tak cudnie rosna w ogrodzie i po prostu same prosza sie o zdjecia;)

Nowy rok, nowe postanowienia, pomysly, plany... Pewnie!  Ale z realizacja to raczej trzeba badzie poczekac do wiosny.. :)  Poki co, przesypiam zime.. ;)

A little cookbook covered in linen and decorated with lace & graphic transfer

I have painted the wooden tray in off white and decorated it  using Decoupage 

Pumpkin 'Baby Boo'

W koncu i ja mam malenkie biale dynki;) Musialam az jechac na farme dyn zeby je znalezc.. ;)

It took me a while to find the little white pumpkins but I've finally got them;) They're so cute, aren't they? :)

'Kolekcje' dyniek powiekszylam o kilka zrobionych z masy papierowej, ktore pomalowalam na bialo i ozdobilam decoupage. Zrobilam tez jedna ze sznurka.. ;) Widzialam kilka fajnych zdjec na Pinterest i musialam sprobowac:)

The below paper mache pumpkins have been painted white and I have decorated them using Decoupage.
I have also made a twine pumpkin :)  I have seen so many photos of those on Pinterest and a few cool tutorials, so just had to have a go.. :)

Decoupaged coasters. I love this sweet rose motif;)

I am very excited because the plan for today (or rather the whole weekend) is to paint our kitchen cupboards;) I really hope they will come out nicely.

Wypije kawe, wskakuje w dresy i biore sie do pracy bo na dzisiejszy dzien ( raczej bedzie to caly weekend.. ) w planie mamy malowanie szafek w kuchni! :) Strasznie ciekawa jestem jak wyjdzie..

Decoupaged coffee table

I found this little coffee/side table at a flea market some time ago. I knew I wouldnt be able to keep it as I just have no room for it but I couldnt resist.. 
I have finally got round to the makeover..

The table got two coats of chalk paint by Annie Sloan and then it was waxed with both dark and clear wax. The top of the table was decorated with decoupage technique. I have made a collage of French  inspired pictures.

I am pleased with the way it turned out. I think it can be a nice addition to a living room or a study.

I'll just have to find a new home for it now.. ;)

Jakis czas temu kupilam ten stolik na pchlim targu. Wiedzialam, ze nie zostawie go dla siebie poniewaz po prostu nie mam dla niego miejsca, jednak nie moglam sie powstrzymac... :)

Calosc pomalowalam farba kredowa Annie Sloan, nastepnie wywoskowalam a blat ozdobilam metoda decoupage.

Jestem zadowolna z efektu i mam nadzieje, ze moj stolik znajdzie niedlugo nowego wlasciciela.. :)

Bedside table..

My latest little project: a makeover of a bedside table.

The table was painted with Old White chalk paint by Annie Sloan.

One of the drawers and the door knobs were decorated using Decoupage.

I think, it turned out quite cute;)

Mialam dosc dluga przerwe od decoupage'u ale jak juz znow zaczelam to przestac nie moge.. :) 

Przemalowalam wiec i ozdobilam polke w sypialni.

This is the 'before' look. Even though it is an mdf bedside table, no primer was necessary and the chalk paint stuck to it nicely. 

Kolejny raz uzylam farby Annie Sloan. Polka jest zrobiona z plyty mdf ale nie trzeba bylo uzyc zadnego podkladu. Dwie warsty farby kredowej, troszke wosku do wykonczenia, i efekt jak najbardziej zadowalajacy. Przynajmniej dla mnie:) 

I have been looking for a dressing table mirror and a brush set for a while, and I have finally found it. It's pretty, isn't it? :)

Jeden z moich ostatnich nabytkow:) Dlugo szukalam takiego ladnego kompletu i w koncu udalo sie;)

Door knobs makeover/a quick DIY

Would you like to change the look of your wardrobe or chest of drawers? Have you been looking for some new door knobs lately? If you would be interested in a quick makover that you can do yourself.. then maybe this like diy project can be the answer.. :)

Decoupaged door knobs.. 

You will need:

door knobs

paint (I used chalk paint by Annie Sloan. It's perfect for using on wood, metal, plastic and much more..)

Decoupage glue and sealer. I recommend ModPodge - glue & sealer. (It's not on the pic as I just ran out of it..)

Paper napkins with your chosen designs
Scissors

Paint the door knob and let it dry. In the meantime cut out your chosen design from the napkin. 
Separate the napkin into single layers and glue the motif down on the door knob. Apply a couple of coats of the sealer, and you are done:) Easy, isn't it? :)

Macie ochote zmienic wyglad komody czy szafki? Nowe galki moga w tym pomoc.. Mozna kupic nowe.. ale mozna tez zmienic ich wyglad samemu.. ;) Jak? Odpowiedzia jest DECOUPAGE:)

Potrzeba tylko troche farby, kleju i serwetki z wybranym motywem...
